It is necessary to send a communication to 158 Studio Srl at the address nicolettapassarelli@158studio.com, containing the declaration of intention to exercise the "Right of withdrawal", indicating the order or invoice number, the e-mail address and which products must be subject to withdrawal by identifying them with the item code, as well as the bank details which will allow 158 Studio Srl to make the bank transfer to you for the refund. If the payment for the goods was made online through the PayPal or GestPay circuits, the refund will be made through the same payment circuit used.

After activating the withdrawal procedure and receiving authorization from Customer Service, it is necessary to insert the products in their original packaging and place everything in special packaging, in such a way as to safeguard the original packaging of the products from any damage, written or alteration.
